Winter / Spring Practice Schedule (Jan- June):
Blue Group - Monday - Friday: 3:30 - 5:30 pm
Gold Group - Monday - Friday 3:30 - 6:00 pm + Saturdays 8-10 am
The Blue Group consists of JV level High School swimmers and intermediate Age Group level swimmers.
The Gold Group consists of Varsity level High School swimmers plus advanced Age Group level swimmers.
Your coach will evaluate and place the swimmers into the appropriate group.
